It is with great excitement that I announce that I will be teaching a new drop-in class to begin in September, 2016 at I AM Yoga.
This class will begin on Monday Sept. 12 from 6-7:15pm and will run every Monday thereafter. It will be a blend of philosophy, meditation and vigorous hatha yoga flow. I hope to see you there!
And beginning October 5, 2016 at Yoga Space Toronto, Wednesdays from 1–2:15pm: Vinyasa Master Class and Yoga Philosophy.
These classes are for people with some prior yoga experience.
